Kaitlin DiStasio, GPHR
Co-Chair
Kaitlin brings over a decade of experience in human resources, employee benefits, and organizational strategy. She is currently a Sr. Client Relationship Executive at HUB International, where she partners with employers on benefits planning, compliance, and long-term workforce strategy. Her expertise spans employee benefits design, financial planning, vendor management, and aligning people practices with business goals.
A Seacoast native, Kaitlin holds a dual degree in Social Work and Justice Studies from the University of New Hampshire and is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). She is passionate about supporting working families and advancing access to high-quality early childhood education. Kaitlin lives in New Hampshire with her family, where she enjoys beach days with her daughter and hiking with her husband and two dogs.
Danielle Colanto
Co-Chair
Danielle is the Founder of Celeste, a boutique recruitment consultancy that helps startups build global teams. She previously spent two decades leading talent acquisition, employer branding, DEIB, and employee engagement initiatives for international fashion brands and high-growth tech companies. Danielle earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.
A long-time advocate for community-based nonprofits, Danielle has volunteered with organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters and Dress for Success. Originally from New England, she and her husband recently moved to Portsmouth after 15 years in New York City. Danielle enjoys traveling, fashion, and spending time with family and friends around the world, including her two nephews who have attended Great Bay Kids.
Rebecca Pare
Secretary
Rebecca is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in obstetrics and gynecology. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to improving health outcomes within vulnerable populations and providing compassionate, evidence-based care to women across all stages of life.
She lives in Exeter with her husband and their three children, one of whom is enrolled at GBK Exeter and another in the school-age program. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys reading, hiking in the New Hampshire outdoors, and spending quality time with her family.
Lacey Blake
Board Member
Lacey is a fourth-grade special education teacher bringing over a decade of specialized classroom experience to the Great Bay Kids community. She is passionate about creating inclusive environments and partnering closely with families to ensure every child has an opportunity for social, emotional and academic growth. Lacey holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from UNH and a dual Master’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from Merrimack College.
A proud Portsmouth resident, she lives locally with her husband, their dog Maverick, and their daughter—who loves attending the Pease Center. Outside the classroom, Lacey stays active, enjoys a great book, and loves spending quality time with friends and family.
Kelly Hoefle
Finance Chair
Kelly has an extensive career in finance, accounting, and operations, with experience in external audit, consulting, and technology companies. She currently leads Finance and Operations at Coveware, an incident response company specializing in guiding businesses through cyber extortion events.
She lives in Portsmouth with her husband, two children (who attend the Pease Center), and their goldendoodle, Teddy. Originally from Miami, Kelly relocated from New York City to Portsmouth in 2024. She enjoys staying active, reading, traveling, and connecting with her community.
Priya Greene
Secretary
Priya is the Director of Transducer Development Engineering at Philips Ultrasound, where she applies expertise in engineering, project management, operations, and compliance. She is excited to bring her leadership and technical perspective to the GBK board and support the organization’s strong sense of community.
A New Hampshire resident since 2017, Priya and her husband enjoy exploring their community with their daughter. Originally from upstate New York, she loves the outdoors, family adventures, and discovering new coffee shops.
Board Member
Leigh is a clinical social worker with over a decade of experience in community mental health, private practice, and independent practice specializing in children, young adults, and families. She now serves as a Behavioral Health Consultant at Lincoln Financial Group, where she focuses on group protection and disability insurance. Leigh holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire.
She lives in Portsmouth with her husband and two children, who attend the Pease Center. Leigh enjoys beach days, reading, and time outdoors with her kids.
Board Member
Steve is the VP of Client Success at FieldStack. He has many years of experience working in the software industry across the retail and healthcare verticals, specializing in leading teams and carrying broad operational responsibilities focused on the current and emerging needs of each business.
Steve and his family live in Wakefield, NH, where they enjoy lake life and exploring towns across New England and beyond. Steve stays active in the community and enjoys coaching youth sports.
Board Member
Allen is a community banking finance executive with experience in audit, forecasting, interest rate risk, liquidity management, financial statement reporting, and consulting. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Profile Bank, a full-service community bank headquartered in Rochester, NH. Allen holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Bentley University and is currently pursuing his MBA.
Allen lives in Kingston, NH with his wife and two children, both of whom attend Great Bay Kids at the Exeter location, and yellow lab (Reggie). Allen loves music, sports, playing pool, and sweater weather.
