Tom Cronin is the Director of Government Relations for the University System and the University of New Hampshire. He is responsible for developing and executing public policy priorities and strategies for the state’s public four-year colleges and universities while building and strengthening relationships with government officials, agencies, and other relevant organizations, associations, and advocacy groups.
Prior to UNH, Tom served in staff roles with the New Hampshire State Senate and in the Washington, DC office of U.S. Senator John E. Sununu. He is a veteran of multiple New Hampshire political campaigns.
Tom is a graduate of Saint Anselm College and earned his Master’s in Public Administration from the University of New Hampshire. He lives in East Kingston with his wife Áine and their children Clementine and Sidney. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits.
Alison Johnson, Vice Chair
Ali is an in-house lawyer for Planet Fitness Headquarters in Hampton, NH, where she handles all litigation and employment matters for the company. Prior to joining Planet Fitness, Ali worked for a large Boston law firm as an employment lawyer where she represented a variety of companies in a wide array of litigation, ranging from discrimination to wage and hour cases, and provided counseling to clients on employee relations matters. Ali lives with her husband and two kids (who attend the Exeter GBKC center) in Newfields. In her free time, Ali enjoys yoga, hiking, cycling and experimenting in the kitchen with interesting plant-based recipes and ingredients.
Reid Butler, CPA, Treasurer
Reid is a CPA and owns a strategic planning practice in Portsmouth, NH. Prior to the strategic planning practice, Reid worked with a major regional accounting firm for 6 years and focused primarily on auditing and consulting for hospital systems and not-for-profit organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire. Originally from North Conway, Reid now resides in Portsmouth.
Tim Reed, Secretary
Tim is the Director of Product Marketing at Teaching Strategies, a firm headquartered in Bethesda, MD, that provides the early childhood field with innovative, effective resources that help them build high-quality programs. Tim has been with Teaching Strategies since 2010, and currently oversees product adoption and advocacy efforts. Tim is a graduate of Middlebury College with a degree in History, and holds a Master of Arts in Educational Technology Leadership from the George Washington University. Tim and his wife moved to Exeter, NH, in 2016. Their eldest daughter attended both the Exeter and Pease centers, and their youngest daughter is in her final year at the Exeter center.
Noah Maynard, Board Member
Noah is a director for an automation and robotics company in Wilmington, MA, where he focuses on the intersection of technology, people, and business. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s college of engineering. He is a GBKC parent, and lives in Exeter, with his wife, son, and dog.

Natalia Beaulieu, Board Member
Natalia is currently the Vice President – Compliance Officer for Bank of New Hampshire. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Bank’s regulatory compliance and legal operations including administration of the Bank’s Compliance Management System, chairing the Bank’s Compliance Committee and managing the Bank’s BSA and Compliance Departments.
Natalia is originally from Worcester, Massachusetts where she graduated from Worcester State University with a Bachelor of Science in Developmental Psychology. Thereafter, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Massachusetts School of Law. Natalia began her career in banking while attending law school and, there, found her professional niche in banking compliance. Natalia previously served as the President of the Western Massachusetts Compliance Association and is a long-standing member of the Seacoast Compliance Association.
Natalia lives in Sanbornville with her husband and daughter, where they spend much of their free time enjoying both the New Hampshire Seacoast and the White Mountains as a family. Prior to moving to Sanbornville, Natalia’s daughter was a student at the Pease Center. Natalia also serves on the Board of the New Hampshire Children’s Trust.
Jeff Brideau, Board Member
Jeff is an entrepreneur and has successfully started and run several businesses with his current focus being on building energy systems and controls. He earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts while spending a brief time in jet engine manufacturing, designing prototype fluid handling equipment for a local firm, and flying a microgravity experiment with NASA. Jeff spent over a decade in engineering and product management roles of progressive responsibility in the semiconductor capital equipment industry before venturing out on his own. He and his wife moved to Newmarket in 2003 and their two sons have both graduated from the Newmarket center.
Kerri Edwards, Board Member
Kerri is a senior manager at Lonza Biologics in the Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MSAT) Department. In this role she is responsible for managing a team of 30+ scientists and managers for technical transfer of new drug products into one of the manufacturing facilities. She has a degree in Molecular and Cellular Development Biology, and is also a certified professional coach through the University of New Hampshire. In additional to technical knowledge, Kerri also specializes in organizational development and human performance leadership improvement initiatives. Some accomplishments over the last couple of years have been starting the Women inspiring leadership team as well as a mentoring program for the Lonza site alongside a team of people. Kerri lives in Rye with her husband, three children, two dogs and one cat. Her children are enrolled at the Pease Center, and in her free time enjoys going to the beach, sewing and socializing with friends and family.
Stefanie Flavin, Board Member
Stef is a full time working mom, currently employed at a Cambridge Biotech (Biogen) as a Human Resource Business Leader. She has a strong background in Organizational Effectiveness, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from College of the Holy Cross. Stef grew up in the Boston area and moved to (and fell in love with!) the Seacoast in 2010. She has two sweet and funny children, who are currently enrolled at the Pease Center. She lives in Portsmouth with her husband, Brendan, the two aforementioned sweet children and their lovable 90 lb dog, Wilson. In her free time, she enjoys all things outdoors, including running, skiing, biking and beach picnics.

Janine Richards, Board Member
Janine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Janine is currently employed as the District Social Worker for the Seabrook School District. Prior to Seabrook Janine worked as the Director of Student Wellness in SAU 90 where she lead the district in introducing and implementing Trauma Informed frameworks to their education practices. Janine is passionate about children’s mental and emotional health and providing support to young families in need. Janine is a UNH alum, having received both her BA in Political Science and Masters of Social Worker at UNH Durham. Janine lives in Exeter with her husband, daughter and two sons and yellow lab.
Kimberly Roy, Board Member
Kim is an Assistant BSA Officer for BankProv – an innovative, commercial bank headquartered in Amesbury, MA. As an Assistant BSA Officer, she helps fight the fight against financial crime and money laundering. Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Maine at Fort Kent (Maine). She has been in banking for 17 years and has made a career in the BSA/Compliance component of banking for the last 7 years. She also holds an accredited Certification for her line of work.
Kim lives with her husband and daughter, who attends the Pease GBKC center, in Berwick, ME. She is an avid runner, and a health and fitness nut, who enjoys helping others embark on their own health journey.
