Stephanie Santos, Chair
Stephanie is Senior Vice President, Business Banking Director at Newburyport Bank where she leads a team of Bankers to support new and growing business’ financing needs.  She has over twelve years of finance experience and has held Board seats with various organizations on the Seacoast. Stephanie holds a BS in Finance and an MBA from Plymouth State University. She resides in Durham with her fiancé, son, and their dog Duke. As a family they enjoy hiking and exploring the White Mountains to the Seacoast beaches.

Chris Bianco, Vice Chair
Chris is an incoming attorney at Bianco Professional Association, a New Hampshire-based law firm founded in 1981. He is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School.

Prior to attending law school, Chris spent eight years as Bianco Professional Association’s Public Relations Coordinator and worked as an intern in the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office’s Criminal Justice Bureau. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.

Chris lives in Portsmouth with his partner, Kara, their three children, and their corgi, Olive. He enjoys volunteering at the New Hampshire Special Olympics, attending UNH football games, woodworking, and playing the guitar.

Stefanie Flavin, Secretary
Stef is a full time working mom, currently employed at a Cambridge Biotech (Biogen) as a Human Resource Business Leader. She has a strong background in Organizational Effectiveness, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from College of the Holy Cr.oss. Stef grew up in the Boston area and moved to (and fell in love with!) the Seacoast in 2010. She has two sweet and funny children, who are currently enrolled at the Pease Center. She lives in Portsmouth with her husband, Brendan, the two aforementioned sweet children and their lovable 90 lb dog, Wilson. In her free time, she enjoys all things outdoors, including running, skiing, biking and beach picnics.

Thomas Cronin, Board Member
Tom Cronin is the Director of Government Relations for the University System and the University of New Hampshire. He is responsible for developing and executing public policy priorities and strategies for the state’s public four-year colleges and universities while building and strengthening relationships with government officials, agencies, and other relevant organizations, associations, and advocacy groups.

Prior to UNH, Tom served in staff roles with the New Hampshire State Senate and in the Washington, DC office of U.S. Senator John E. Sununu. He is a veteran of multiple New Hampshire political campaigns.

Tom is a graduate of Saint Anselm College and earned his Master’s in Public Administration from the University of New Hampshire. He lives in East Kingston with his wife Áine and their children Clementine and Sidney. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits

Lauren Boc, Board Member
Lauren is a pharmacist currently employed at Exeter Health Resources as the Medication Safety Officer where she oversees the Medication Safety Program as well as the Drug Diversion Prevention Program. She is originally from the New York City area, and currently lives with her husband and two daughters who attend the Exeter center in Stratham, NH. Lauren enjoys being active and being outside.

Brittany Goodale, Board Member
Brittany is the Director of Licensing at Keller Williams Coastal and Lakes & Mountains Realty in Portsmouth, NH, where she is responsible for the onboarding of agents and monitoring the real estate licensing requirements for New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts for both the KWCLM Realtors® and the brokerage. Prior to Keller Williams Coastal and Lakes & Mountains Realty, Brittany spent eight years working in the education field. She has taught in early education classrooms ranging from ages 2 years through Kindergarten in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Brittany is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire where she studied Family Studies with a specialization in Young Child. Shortly after graduating, Brittany moved to Boston where she taught Kindergarten and earned her Master’s Degree in Teaching Special Education at Regis College. Born and raised in Vermont, she has a strong love for New England. Brittany, her husband, 3-year-old daughter, and Australian Shepherd now live in Stratham.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending community events, and traveling.

Rebecca Pare, Board Member
Rebecca Pare is a Nurse Practitioner at Pomelo Care.  She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Science from Boston College.  She has worked in a variety of clinical settings in healthcare, including hospitals, private practice, academic medical centers, and a Federally Qualified Health Center.  Rebecca and her husband lived in California for several years and are happy to be back on the seacoast of New Hampshire.  She has 3 young children, two of whom are enrolled at the Exeter Center.  She enjoys reading, running, and exploring in nature.

Janine Richards, Board Member
Janine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Janine is currently employed as the District Social Worker for the Seabrook School District. Prior to Seabrook Janine worked as the Director of Student Wellness in SAU 90 where she lead the district in introducing and implementing Trauma Informed frameworks to their education practices. Janine is passionate about children’s mental and emotional health and providing support to young families in need. Janine is a UNH alum, having received both her BA in Political Science and Masters of Social Worker at UNH Durham. Janine lives in Exeter with her husband, daughter and two sons and yellow lab.

Kimberly Roy, Board Member
Kim is an Assistant BSA Officer for BankProv – an innovative, commercial bank headquartered in Amesbury, MA. As an Assistant BSA Officer, she helps fight the fight against financial crime and money laundering. Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Maine at Fort Kent (Maine). She has been in banking for 17 years and has made a career in the BSA/Compliance component of banking for the last 7 years. She also holds an accredited Certification for her line of work.

Kim lives with her husband and daughter, who attends the Pease GBKC center, in Berwick, ME. She is an avid runner, and a health and fitness nut, who enjoys helping others embark on their own health journey.

Gemma Waite, Board Member
Gemma Waite is a Director of Strategic Engagement at Fidelity Investments, where she leads internal communication strategy and engagement programs that support Fidelity technologists. She also leads Fidelity’s communication initiatives for Raise, the company’s special interest group for working parents and caregivers. Gemma has more than 20 years of experience working in communications, public relations, marketing, community relations and fundraising. She has worked in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors spanning youth organizations, business advocacy, banking and fintech. Gemma is passionate about storytelling and began her career as an on-air reporter and anchor at tv stations in Presque Isle, Bangor and Portland, Maine. Originally from the UK, Gemma now calls Exeter home and lives with her husband and two children (13) and (4). Gemma is a licensed Zumba instructor and in her free time teaches classes weekly at the Exeter Area YMCA.
