Stephanie Santos

Chair


Stephanie is Senior Vice President, Business Banking Director at Newburyport Bank where she leads a team of Bankers to support new and growing business financing needs. She has over twelve years of finance experience and has held Board seats with various organizations on the Seacoast. Stephanie holds a BS in Finance and an MBA from Plymouth State University. She resides in Durham with her fiance, son, and their dog Duke. As a family they enjoy hiking and exploring the White Mountains to the Seacoast beaches.


Chris Bianco

Vice Chair


Chris is an incoming attorney at Bianco Professional Association, a New Hampshire-based law firm founded in 1981. He is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School. Prior to attending law school, Chris spent eight years as Bianco Professional Associations Public Relations Coordinator and worked as an intern in the New Hampshire Attorney Generals Offices Criminal Justice Bureau. He received his Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire. Chris lives in Portsmouth with his partner, Kara, their three children, and their corgi, Olive. He enjoys volunteering at the New Hampshire Special Olympics, attending UNH football games, woodworking, and playing the guitar.


Rebecca Pare

Secretary


Rebecca Pare is a Nurse Practitioner at Pomelo Care. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Science from Boston College. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings in healthcare, including hospitals, private practice, academic medical centers, and a Federally Qualified Health Center. Rebecca and her husband lived in California for several years and are happy to be back on the seacoast of New Hampshire. She has 3 young children, two of whom are enrolled at the Exeter Center. She enjoys reading, running, and exploring in nature.


Chelsey Carpenter

Treasurer


Chelsey is a senior accountant at Win Waste with 9 years of accounting experience. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Communication from UNH, an Accounting Certificate from Franklin Pierce, an MBA from SNHU, a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination, is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Internal Auditor in progress. Chelsey lives in Northwood with husband and 2 kids who are currently attend the Pease Center. Her family enjoys summer the most; going to the beach, riding bikes, going for walks, swimming at the lake


Lauren Boc

Board Member


Lauren is a pharmacist currently employed at Exeter Health Resources as the Medication Safety Officer where she oversees the Medication Safety Program as well as the Drug Diversion Prevention Program. She is originally from the New York City area, and currently lives with her husband and two daughters who attend the Exeter center in Stratham, NH. Lauren enjoys being active and being outside.


Brittany Goodale

Board Member


Brittany is the Director of Licensing at Keller Williams Coastal and Lakes & Mountains Realty in Portsmouth, NH, where she is responsible for the onboarding of agents and monitoring the real estate licensing requirements for New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts for both the KWCLM Realtors® and the brokerage. Prior to Keller Williams Coastal and Lakes & Mountains Realty, Brittany spent eight years working in the education field. She has taught in early education classrooms ranging from ages 2 years through Kindergarten in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Brittany is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire where she studied Family Studies with a specialization in Young Child. Shortly after graduating, Brittany moved to Boston where she taught Kindergarten and earned her Master's Degree in Teaching Special Education at Regis College. Born and raised in Vermont, she has a strong love for New England. Brittany, her husband, 3-year-old daughter, and Australian Shepherd now live in Stratham. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending community events, and traveling.


Janine Richards

Board Member


Janine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Janine is currently employed as the District Social Worker for the Seabrook School District. Prior to Seabrook Janine worked as the Director of Student Wellness in SAU 90 where she lead the district in introducing and implementing Trauma Informed frameworks to their education practices. Janine is passionate about children's mental and emotional health and providing support to young families in need. Janine is a UNH alum, having received both her BA in Political Science and Masters of Social Worker at UNH Durham. Janine lives in Exeter with her husband, daughter and two sons and yellow lab.


Danielle Colanto

Board Member


Danielle is the Founder of Celeste, a boutique recruitment consultancy that helps startups build global teams. Previously, she spent two decades leading talent acquisition, employer branding, DEIB and employee engagement initiatives for various international fashion brands and high growth tech companies. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California. Danielle has long been an advocate of community-based nonprofits, volunteering with organizations focused on supporting women and children including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Dress for Success and Mildred's Dream Foundation. Originally from New England, Danielle recently moved to Portsmouth with her husband David after spending 15 years living in New York City. She is an avid globe trotter, fashion enthusiast and revels in spending time with friends and family around the world, including two amazing nephews who've attended Great Bay Kids!


Kelly Hoefle

Board Member


Kelly grew up in Miami and moved to Portsmouth from New York City with her family in March 2024. Kelly 14+ year career in finance, accounting, and operations has included experiences in external audit, consulting, and in-house positions at technology companies. Currently, Kelly leads Finance and Operations at Coveware, an incident response company that specializes in guiding companies through cyber extortion events. She is excited to bring her knowledge of numbers and operations to the Great Bay Kids community and collaborate to provide a high quality environment for the children and educators. Kelly lives in Portsmouth with her daughter who attends the Pease Center, husband who is a Portsmouth native, and beloved goldendoodle Teddy. During her free time, Kelly enjoys being active, reading, and traveling. She has a passion for connecting with people and being immersed in the community.


Kaitlin Distasio

Board Member


Kaitlin DiStasio brings over a decade of experience in Human Resources to our board, specializing in employee benefits. Currently she is a Sr. HR Benefits Consultant at Allegro MicroSystems, a global leader in power and sensing solutions. Kait holds a degree from the University of New Hampshire in Social Work and Justice Studies, as well as a Global Professional of Human Resources certification from HRCI. Kait resides in Exeter, NH with her husband, daughter and 2 dogs. When she's not hard at work, you can find her enjoying time with her family at the beach.
